When should I get a quote instead of ordering online?
Order online when you can count the pages or words and the language is on our list. Ask for a quote when you cannot count the document, the language is rare, the text is over 10,000 words, you need an apostille or notarisation, or the file is formatted (InDesign, CAD, heavy PDF).
What file can I send?
PDF, Word (docx or doc), ODT, JPG or PNG. Up to three files, 10 MB in total. A clear scan or photo of every page is enough for most jobs.
How long does it take?
Certified translation takes 4–5 working days, or the next working day with express. For other services we confirm the date together with the price.
