How do I know whether I need translation or transcreation?
If the exact wording matters, translate. If the effect on the reader matters more than the wording, transcreate. Tell us what the text is for and we will say which.
Can you match our tone of voice?
Yes. Send a style guide or two earlier texts you like.
Do you handle PowerPoint files?
We translate the text and return it in a file you can paste back. Re-laying out slides is not included.
What does "one round of changes" mean?
You can send small corrections after delivery and we apply them without charge.
