How booking works
On site We come to you in Eastern Norway. 2-hour minimum. Travel is quoted when you book.
Remote Video or phone. 1-hour minimum. We send the link.
Cancel or move Free up to 24 hours before the appointment.
Within 24 hours 50% of the booked fee is charged.
WHO DOES THE WORK
Who does the work
Interpreting is delivered by interpreters we book for each assignment. Tell us the subject and who will attend, so we can send someone who knows the vocabulary. Interpreters keep what they hear confidential.

- On site: NOK 1,250 / hour, 2 hours minimum, travel extra.
- Remote: NOK 1,125 / hour, 1 hour minimum.
- Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before. Within 24 hours, 50% of the booked fee.

Can I cancel?
Yes. Up to 24 hours before, cancelling or moving the appointment is free. Within 24 hours we charge 50% of the booked fee.
Where can you come?
On site in Eastern Norway from our base in Maura. We quote travel when you book. Beyond that, remote.
Do I need to prepare the interpreter?
A short note on the subject and who will be there helps a lot. Send any names or terms in advance.
Can the interpreter translate a document at the meeting?
They can read it out in the other language (sight translation) if the length is short. For a written translation, order a translation service.
