Is the price on the page the final price?
The price on the page is a from-price. We confirm the final price in writing after we have seen your document, and before any work starts.
How can I pay? Can I pay by card?
Payment is by invoice, due in 14 days. Card payment is not yet available. The card option at checkout is a test and no money is taken.
When should I get a quote instead of ordering online?
Order online when you can count the pages or words and the language is on our list. Ask for a quote when you cannot count the document, the language is rare, the text is over 10,000 words, you need an apostille or notarisation, or the file is formatted (InDesign, CAD, heavy PDF).
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, NOK 440 including VAT. If your order is lower, we add an adjustment line to reach it.
